Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen!
Thank you very much all for coming to join New Shipping year 2024 party tonight especially Mr.Temma of Bluewake Shipping Singapore and our great Captain brothers Danny Tampus Captain Renato Tampus and MD of BMC Mr. Kang Jung Hyun and crews wife even during on vacation. 
At first, I would highly appreciate all crew and staff of New Shipping to keep no accident and smooth operation on all our vessel during this year 2024 also We have completely overcome very difficult COVID-19 pandemic problem from 2020 to 2023.

Even COVID-19 pandemic is over last year, we have been suffering from the very difficult circumstances of geopolitical risks for Russia invades Ukraine from 2 years ago and recent threats from Yemen’s Houthi rebels in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden also Israel– Palestine conflict from last year and recent Israel–Lebanon Hezbollah and Iran conflict from this year. 
But we have been keeping the safety first and no major accident operations for our vessels. 
The biggest challenge is always safety and compliance. Efforts regarding safe operation management need to be continuously strengthened. Ship operation and management are becoming increasingly complex. Expectations from ship operators and charterers regarding safe operation are also rising. 
For example, in the case of tankers, OCIMF (The Oil Companies International Marine Forum), which is made up of the world’s major oil companies, has introduced a new ship inspection system called ‘SIRE2.0’.

It would be big advantage and good reputation for New Shipping Kaisha, Ltd. to keep good harmony and relation between all of crews on our management vessels and staff in NEW SHIPPING. Supported by New Shipping Korea and Bridge Marine. 

We could start working for Japanese ship owners other than Daitoh to support their vessels ship management by our long year’s effort and experiences especially Philippine and Korean crews on Ultatank operation vessels.

We are operating the Mockingbird, Sarus Carne for Ultratank service in addition to the Shamrock Mercury from 2022 and we started operating the Petrel sister of the Mockingbird for Ultratank operation from March in this year. 
We are keeping very good results of Oil Major CDI and PSC inspections for all our vessels. 
Also We will undertake TMSA company management review by IMT in order to engage time charter business for Exxonmobile on our vessels.
Also New Shipping intend to increase number of management vessels from 3rd party owners to develop sustainable company ship management operations.
     
We would upgrade our ship management activities continuously to offer the highest level of ship management service to clients in the field of global chemical tankers transportation by 
Safety First = No major accident
Customer First = No cargo claim and keep major approval
Keep Best Quality of vessels conditions = Good Maintenance by our effort

Also We concentrate on following the most important target for New Shipping Kaisha will be done in 2024.

1. Achieve Zero Incident Accident operation and no spill for all vessels
2. Pass all Major/CDI inspections
3. Maintain competitive operation and management by first class quality with good cost performance

I have confident that our excellent teamwork and good harmony between all crews and New Shipping Staff by mutual trust and responsibility brings development of New Shipping and Happiness and prosperity of all our family in new year 2025 as well as going good year 2024.
