In-House Safety Seminar for the Waiting Crew
The in-house safety seminar for waiting crew, which was organized by Dongkuk Marine and Bridge Marine Corp. and held March 29 and 30 at AMOSUP Manila convention hall, was successfully conducted. Crew members are thankful enough for re-establishing this seminar, which was stopped for quite some time due to the pandemic. During these two-day seminars, the crew who attended was well aware of the recent incident that happened on one of our manned vessels. With the words and knowledge shared from the owners and from Dongkuk Marine, all attendees will do their best to apply the lessons learned from this incident to avoid reoccurrence. Engine crew members were also briefed on the latest engine trouble that happened in a KSK fleet vessel. Technical Supt. Mr. John Lee had explained the case and educated crew members on how to prevent this kind of situation from happening aboard the vessel in the future.
